Cake:
1 and 1/2 cups butter
3 cups white sugar
5 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup 7-up (or other lemon/lime flavored soda)
Icing:
1and 1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups butter

How to make it :
Cream together the butter and sugar for about 10 minutes with your mixer set to medium low. Add eggs, one at a time while continually mixing. Then add flour, lemon extract and vanilla extract one at a time. Once mixed (without overmixing), fold in your 7-Up with a spoon.
Pour into a well greased bundt pan, and bake at 325 degrees for about 60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Once pan is cool enough to maneuver, flip over onto cake dish and then drizzle with icing while still warm.

Hi! Can please do printable pdf versions with a link? The recipes are really good but it's hard to copy them for later use and to remember where you got them from (just so you can come back to the source for more inspiration and recipes).

This recipe makes a delicious and moist cake. Followed recipe to the T except. I had to bake 20 minutes longer the recipe said but as far as all the ingredients perfect measurements. Thanks for this recipe and sharing it my husband loved this cake. I made it Thursday night and today is Sunday and it’s gone. I shared with a few friends they thought it was delicious and moist as well.
