Brats & Taters


1 lb. bratwurst, sliced into bite size pieces
1 T. vegetable or olive oil
2-3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
4 med. potatoes, washed and cubed
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

How to make this recipe

In a skillet heat the oil over med. high heat. Add the brats to the pan and cook until they just begin to brown. Add the carrots, potatoes, bell pepper and onion, stir to combine. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook until the veggies are tender. Season with the paprika, salt and pepper just before serving.
