Gluten-Free Oven-Fried Chicken







1 egg
1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves, divided
1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
1 cup finely crushed corn flakes
1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter, melted

How to make it :



Preheat oven to 450°F. Beat egg with 1/2 teaspoon of the basil, onion powder, sea salt and paprika in shallow dish. Mix corn flakes and remaining 1/2 teaspoon basil in separate shallow dish. Moisten chicken in egg mixture. Coat evenly with corn flake mixture.
Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
